Salvation Army will redevelop Vancouver Harbour Light so that it will continue to bring transformation and hope to vulnerable individuals with lived experience of homelessness or at-risk for homelessness in the Downtown Eastside.
In the new facility, programs will be expanded to better support individuals in moving along their preferred life path, as well as to fill current gaps in the addiction service system, including: women’s housing and treatment; employment training; and aftercare support options that contribute to building better futures.
