Streetohome provided $500,000 in capital funding for the redevelopment of Skwachàys Lodge at 31 West Pender. This 24 unit building, operated by Vancouver Native Housing Society, offers safe, affordable housing with traditional gathering spaces and support services for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The building also houses a boutique Indigenous Art and Culture Hotel with 18 suites and an Indigenous Fair Trade Art Gallery, with proceeds going to subsidize the rents of tenants.
